Beckie has worked at the Arc of Steuben for more than nine years and is currently the Senior Program Coordinator in charge of our StArcky U Day Habilitation Program. She is one of the agency trainers on Autism Spectrum Disorder. Becki is also one of the agency trainers for the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) Personal Outcome Measures, which is a person-centered planning tool that focuses on getting to know the people the agency supports in order to help them plan services and programs that best fit their needs, desires and dreams. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Buffalo State College.

Jennifer is the Senior Program Coordinator of Mobile Teams through the Community Supports Department. In this role she oversees our Community Habilitation, Respite/Recreation services and oversees our state-funded contracts including our Lending Library and Autism Recreation Program.

Dr. Hazlitt is the Behavior Intervention Coordinator. She is a licensed psychologist with a Doctorate of Psychology and five years working with people with developmental disabilities. Dr. Hazlitt is one of the Agency trainers on Autism.

Kenzie is the Crisis Intervention Specialist for people who live in the community. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, along with an Associates of Science degree in Human Service/Social Science. She has seven years of working with children and adults with developmental disabilities. She also has a background working with children who are in the mental health population.
