Steuben Employment Services, a division of the Arc of Steuben, matches talented people with developmental disabilities with good employers in Steuben County. We teach our workers how to develop a resume, how to go through an interview process and how to demonstrate their value to you.
We don’t stop there. After we match an employer with one of our workers, we support both employer and employee with on-site training, coaching, and advice to employers about how to accommodate an employee’s particular needs.
Steuben Employment Services works closely with ACCES-VR, the Adult Career and Continuing Education Service – Vocational Rehabilitation, to train workers in necessary job skills from resume writing to specific job tasks.
