Description: Are you currently CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration Certified and are looking to pick up some additional money through a part-time job? The Arc of Steuben has residential and community support per diem opportunities available throughout Steuben County including in Bath, Corning, Hornell, Wayland, and Prattsburgh. We are willing to consider working around your current schedule.
Requirements: Have a minimum of a High School Diploma, the trainings needed, and a valid NYS Driver?s License that would be acceptable to our insurance carrier. Willing to have a criminal background check completed.

Direct Support I - Wayland - Part-time
Date: August 26, 2010
Description: Thursday; 1:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.; Friday @ 1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.; Saturday @ 12:00 noon – 8:30 p.m.; Mandatory associate meeting every other Wednesday @ 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. in Wayland residence. Provide services to people we support, as planned in their Individual Service Plans; complete and maintain required records; maintain a safe, pleasant and homelike environment which promotes growth and development; ensure the health and well being of the individuals is maintained.
Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent); New York State driver's license and driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier. Certification in First Aid and CPR or must occur during the initial training period.

Description: The Arc of Steuben is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Direct Support associates to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Relief, part-time and full-time positions available. There are excellent opportunities for paid training, benefits, and paid time off. Attend the Arc of Steuben’s Open Interviews on October 25, 2010 from 4:30pm – 6:30pm at the Arc of Steuben's Main Offices in Bath located on Industrial Park Road behind Simmons-Rockwell.
Requirements: Positions require a minimum of a high school diploma, a valid NYS driver’s license acceptable to the Arc of Steuben’s insurance carrier, and a criminal background check.
