Each year, we are finding it necessary to increase our fund raising efforts to make up for the continuous decrease in public funding. We must turn to our long-term supporters, and cultivate new supporters, in order to maintain quality services to the people who depend on us.
There are many types of gifts that you can give that will benefit the Arc of Steuben now or in the future. You can give cash, securities, stocks, life insurance, and real estate. You can also make the Arc of Steuben Foundation the beneficiary in part of your will or retirement funds.
These gifts can be outright or in a form that benefits people with disabilities and improves your income, provides for your loved ones, and helps you enjoy tax benefits. In addition, you may be able to preserve your assets. These life income gifts include Charitable Remainder Trusts, Charitable Lead Trusts, Pooled Income Funds, and Gift Annuities.
